Clifzo processes only the data needed for short-lived media resolution, operations, and abuse prevention.

Data and purposes

We process submitted page links, controlled options, task status and results, and operational fields such as task ID, platform, provider, status, duration, bytes and error category. Work IDs, titles, public authors, publication times and media durations support recent content analysis and are stored separately from long-term operational records; covers appear only in short-lived result previews. Page statistics retain keyed hashes of random browser IDs and hourly counts, without browsing URLs, raw IP addresses or user agents, and are not linked to task content. Full submitted links are not shown in traffic dashboards, sold or used for advertising profiles.

Browser storage and default retention

Public task credentials stay in page memory, not long-term browser storage or page URLs. Resolver results and source-format URLs default to 5 minutes, temporary files to 6 hours, redacted task logs to at most 3 days, and security audit records to 30 days. Each task’s work metadata expires 7 days after its first submission; retries do not extend it. Work IDs, titles, authors and other work metadata are then unavailable. Public source page links, stripped of credentials and tracking fields, remain with task records for failure diagnostics even when parsing fails or work metadata expires. A random analytics UUID stays in the browser for 30 days; server hashes and hourly counts last at most 32 days. Aggregate statistics and operational task records may be retained long term. Deployment settings may change short-lived result, file and audit periods. To detect API abuse, we separately record IP addresses, times, endpoint types, status codes and durations for task submissions and login requests, for at most 7 days and accessible only to administrators, without request bodies, full URLs or credentials. These short-lived IP records may link task IDs to their first submission origin; reuse or retries do not extend retention. To observe request distribution, these short-lived records may include country, state or province, city and IP-estimated coordinates on an approximately 1 km grid from Cloudflare, for at most 7 days and only accessible to administrators. Grid detail is not location accuracy: the estimate may reflect a carrier or proxy exit, not a precise address. We do not collect device GPS or send IPs to other geolocation services.

Network path, advertising, and contact

Cloudflare infrastructure and the separate API may operate outside your country or region. Public pages may load Google AdSense Auto ads and related measurement resources; admin and job pages are not intended to load advertising scripts. Google and its partners may receive ordinary browser request information and use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including based on prior visits to this or other sites, according to your consent choices, browser settings, and their policies. You can manage personalized advertising through the Ads Settings link below. Clifzo does not intentionally send submitted page links, platform cookies, or resolver results to advertising services. For access, deletion, or complaint requests, email clifzo@kitt.tools and include a non-sensitive request ID when possible; never send credentials.

Anonymous usage settings

We count page views and estimate distinct browsers. A random ID stays on this browser for 30 days; only its keyed hash and hourly counts are retained on the server for up to 32 days. No page URLs, raw IP addresses, or task content are stored in these statistics.
